Cordy's Castle, our 501(c)(3) animal rescue, is now a licensed wildlife sanctuary
Our founder Shannon Corum has completed her training, passed her tests, and received her permit to officially become a licensed Wildlife Rehabber in Jeffersonville, Indiana! People in the local area now have a place to take injured and displaced wildlife! Prior to this the closest wildlife rehabilitation center to southern Indiana was hours away and wild animals are not allowed to cross state lines to be cared for in Kentucky.
CORDY'S CASTLE
Cordy's Castle is a 501(c)3 small animal rescue and licensed wildlife rehab. The sanctuary currently has over 50 sugar gliders; rats, guinea pigs, birds, tenrecs, various reptiles, and more. Since we started rescuing wildlife, we have taken in over 300 wild animals including raccoons, opossums, squirrels, mice, ground hogs, chipmunks, rabbits, and others. Everything we sell goes directly into running and supporting the rescue. We run unique events and fundraisers through Cordy's Castle. Find out more below
